​The French Apartment is a stunning two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with sea views in a converted seafront Grade II listed building. Part of The French Apartments, this apartment forms part of a development of a building once owned by the French Government, now housing fourteen high end apartments.

The chateau style of the building is particularly striking and impressive and this apartment is a very special home from home to enjoy and has the added benefit of an allocated parking space.

As one would expect in a development of calibre, all the fixtures and fittings are good quality and the decor of the apartment is equally stylish. A perfect choice for an executive who needs a longer term serviced apartment or equally as a holiday home choice.

Located just beyond Sussex Square on the sea front in the Kemp Town end of Brighton and not too far from Brighton Marina, the apartment is in a practical and quiet location. The close by marina has an array of shops and restaurants as well as a practical superstore supermarket. There is also a cinema and bowling alley. To the right of the apartment a short walk takes you to the area known locally as Kemp Town Village where there are numerous independent cafes, artisan shops, gastro pubs and vintage style shops.

The apartment is on the second floor with lift access.

This impressive and spacious room has been stylishly furnished. There are sea views to the front and dual aspect windows fill the room with light. The beautiful fitted kitchen is open plan to the living area and has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Everything you need to self cater is provided.

There is a dining table for six and a breakfast bar for two for more casual dining.

At one end of the apartment is the Master Bedroom which is a spacious room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is an en suite bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment.

Second bedroom

At the other end of the living room is the hall way which leads to the second bedroom and a shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed.
