Entrance

The apartment is in the Avalon development in central Brighton. There is a security entrance form the main road which then leads to a beautifully maintained courtyard. There is secure entry to the building itself and lift access up to the top floor where the apartment is. There is allocated parking for one car in a secure underground parking area next to the main courtyard of the apartment complex.

Kitchen/Reception Room

This is a huge room with three sets of patio doors that lead to the decked terrace. The kitchen is a luxurious and offers everything you could need to self cater. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and quality appliances as you would expect in such an apartment. The reception room has a dining table that seats six and a large LCD tv. There is WiFi. There is a very comfortable corner red sofa and also an additional seating area simply looking out to admire the view! A great place on a chilly day to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

Terrace

The terrace is a fabulous decked area with a table for four where you can sit and enjoy the view to the sea and roof top views to the side.

Bedroom

The master bedroom has a very luxurious four poster bed and an en suite shower room.

Family Bathroom

The main family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

  • Bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is WiFi at the property.
  • There is secure allocated parking for one car in the apartment complex underground car park.
  • If you are here for a longer period for work and require parking please ask. There is also pay and display car park opposite the development. Once you are here you definitely do not need a car so if you are here for a holiday it may be easier to come by train. Brighton train station is at the very top of the road..probably about a fifteen minute walk.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the property but you may of smoke on the terrace.
  • Please note there is a locked second bedroom that the owner uses for storage.
  • Please note that if the lift is not available due to maintenance you would need to be able to use stairs. We cannot move you to a different property or offer a discount in such a scenario.
