​Kings Road Seaview is most definitely an apartment with a view! Located between the two piers on the Kings Road the apartment has an uninterrupted view out to sea and offers a very economical home from home. Ideal for an executive here for work, or for a couple on holiday, the central location means all amenities and everything Brighton has to offer is really close by. The beach being opposite makes this a highly sought after address.

We love the style of the apartment which is very much industrial/ vintage urban and so the furnishings, whilst new, have been specially chosen for their vintage “worn” look which is so popular. The splashes of colour, as well as the stylish open plan kitchen and the newly fitted shower room with metro tiles, all combine to create a very urban industrial vintage feel. The apartment is on the fifth floor so benefits from the amazing view out to sea but without road noise at street level.

Entrance

There is a secure intercom door entry sytsem to the main front door of the building. The apartment is on the fifth floor. There is a lift which takes you to the front door to the apartment itself. Please note that if this is ever undergoing maintenance you would need to be fit enough to access stairs. and we couldn’t be held responsible if such a situation did occur.

Living/Kitchen/ Diner

The open plan space is light and bright. There is a window with sea views. The furnishings reflect the vintage style favoured by the owner and there is art work and a burnt orange coloured sofa bed that give this space a really cool vibe. It is possible a third person could stay using the sofa bed if this was for a shorter term booking. The open plan grey high gloss kitchen is contemporary and functional and has everything you need to self cater and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The orange Smeg style fridge freezer adds to the unique style. There is WiFi.

Bathroom

The shower room has been beautifully finished with metro tiles and suits the style of this apartment.

Bedroom

The bedroom has been decorated in a darker colour which compliments beautifully the rest of the colour scheme in this apartment and has some steampunk style industrial lighting. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment.

  • There is WiFi.
  • The apartment is on the fifth floor with a lift but if for some reason the lift is undergoing maintenance we cannot be responsible and you would have to use the stairs.
  • Parking is by meter or in local car parks. You do not need a car whilst here. If you do have a car and need longer term parking at a more economical rate ask us for advice.
  • As with all our properties smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
