​Camden Cottage offers a beautifully presented two bedroom, two bathroom home in a central yet quiet location. The cottage is in a pedestrianised twitten which offers a degree of privacy, yet close by are all the fabulous offerings of the Brighton Laines. The theatre district is not far at all and so if you are a lover of the Arts then this is ideal. There are cafes, restaurants and independent shops all in very close proximity and this property is perfect for enjoying all the very best that Brighton living has to offer.

The mainline train station is very accessible too, making it very practical if you fancy some trips to London or if you are coming to Brighton by train.

This property would be perfect for an executive here in Brighton for work who needs something for longer than a week, but it is equally absolutely perfect for a holiday. The beach is not far to walk to and the location and standard of this property make it an ideal holiday home for you to enjoy.

Ground floor

On the ground floor is a very comfortable living room that has been furnished to create a home from home. Lamps, art work and accessories make this more than just a place to stay.

The kitchen/ diner has a real wow factor with designer cupboards and a bespoke built in dining area. Beautifully styled and with doors leading out to a patio area. Everything you need to self cater is there plus all the appliances one would expect such as a dishwasher and washing machine.

First floor

On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom. The bathroom is beautifully finished with a contemporary suite which has a bath with a shower over it.

Second floor

The second floor has a well designed attic bedroom with a feature wall, Velux windows and en suite shower room. There is a double bed.

  • As with all properties smoking is not permitted but you may smoke outside as there is a patio.
  • There is no allocated parking. There are car parks in the locality. You do not need a car whilst here as everything is within walking distance. We recommend coming to Brighton using public transport but if you do require parking then please ask us for details.
