There are three bedrooms and each one can be arranged as either a twin room or a double room.

The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk along the boardwalk next to all the yachts gives a Mediterranean feel! You certainly couldn’t get closer to the sea and central Brighton is still easily accessible.

From the Marina it is a pleasant walk along the coast road to the Pier, but if you don’t want to walk buses are very frequent and there’s a bus stop close by. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket.

The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie… to name a mere few. If you want to self cater there is a large superstore just a few minutes walk away

The apartment is decorated and finished to a very high standard throughout. There is beech wood flooring in the living area, black granite tiles in the kitchen and sumptuous carpet in the bedrooms. The furniture and accessories have been carefully chosen and colour co-ordinated to create a stylish place to stay. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom making this the perfect choice for a group of friends sharing. Please note this would not be a good choice if you are very noisy as there are neighbours all around!

h4. The Hall

The apartment has a spacious hallway with an additional WC. Doors lead off from the hall to the kitchen and lounge/diner and there are stairs up to the bedrooms. Please note the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

h4. The Lounge/Diner

The lounge/diner has a large modern dining table with designer chairs which seats eight. There is a brown L-shaped leather sofa which is also a sofa bed that can either be a double bed or two single beds. There is an LCD tv with Sky and a DVD player. With crystal lighting, cushions and quality pictures the room has a very stylish and modern feel. There are doors which lead out onto the south facing balcony which has a table and chairs with uninterrupted views to the sea.

h4. The Kitchen

The kitchen is beautifully finished with high gloss white units, glass worktops and chrome splashbacks and has a stylish breakfast bar with LED lighting underneath. It is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater with Neff and Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.

h4. The Bedrooms

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom and all have hairdryers and shaving points. Each room can be arranged with either king sized beds or 2 single beds. Doors lead out onto the balconies overlooking the sea. Please note, the televisions in the bedrooms are for watching DVDs only so please bring any films with you. There is no tv reception available in the bedrooms.

* White bedlinen and towels are provided. If you are staying longer than a week and would like a cleaner during your stay we can arrange this for you for an additional charge.
* The property has its own garage for one car. This will only fit a VW Golf type car or smaller. The garage is 2m wide, 1.8m height. There is not allocated parking for other cars so additional vehicles would have to be parked outside the Marina on a meter on the seafront. If you have other cars which you will not need for the duration of your stay we can advise you where you can park for free in streets further away.
* There is WiFi.
* Pets are not accepted.
* Please note there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the second floor and has additional stairs in the apartment itself. It would not suit those with mobility problems.
