Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
This stunning room has wooden floors and a bespoke wood and glass staircase leading up from it. The first room that is approached as you enter the house is the open plan lounge and kitchen/ diner. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The units are very good quality. The lounge is furnished to a high standard with a brown leather double sofa bed and chair, large plasma tv integrated into the wall (with Freeview channels) and a stereo. The room is beautifully lit with wall lights and quality lamps. The dining table accommodates four. There is broadband Internet connection.
Bathroom
At the top of the stairs is a compact but beautifully finished marble bathroom with a bath and shower over it.
The Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms; a double (that can also be arranged as a twin) and a small single.
Both bedrooms are decorated neutrally and to a high standard. Both rooms have soft lighting and art work on the walls, quality bed linen and towels. The master bedroom has good quality fitted wardrobes.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property but you can of course smoke outside the front door!
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
If you would like a cleaner whilst you are staying at the property we can arrange this for you. We also offer laundry, secretarial and a concierge service at additional cost.

There is a private car park near to the property and we can arrange for your car to be parked there or there is an NCP car park just around the corner where you can buy a weekly ticket. You will not need to use your car during your stay as everything is within walking distance.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
