perfect Brighton holiday apartment with the sea and yachts on your doorstep! This apartment has been beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and is south facing. It is just across the road from the Sovereign apartment so it would be ideal to book these two together if you are a larger family group or a group of friends. The apartment has broadband, parking and a telephone for incoming calls.
This is an ideal choice if you are relocating or are here for work and need a short term let in Brighton. The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk along the boardwalk next to all the yachts gives a Mediterranean feel. You certainly couldn’t get closer to the sea and central Brighton is still easily accessible with regular buses on your doorstep or it’s a pleasant walk along the sea front.
The apartment has its own allocated parking space which makes it easy if you are coming by car. It is on the first floor with a south facing balcony and distant views to the sea; the perfect place to sit with a coffee and read the papers in the morning sun or to unwind in the cool of the evening with a gin and tonic!
The Marina is a very pleasant 20 minute walk along the flat coast road to Brighton Pier , but if you don’t want to walk buses are really frequent and there’s a bus stop really close by. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket. The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie..plus many more.
A description of the property
The apartment is decorated in white throughout and has a comfortable sleek black leather sofa. All the furnishings are modern and new and have been chosen to create a stylish and comfortable place to stay. There are quality soft furnishings and pictures. It has two bedrooms and can be arranged as two doubles or four singles.. whatever configuration you like! There are two bathrooms both have baths and showers. There is enough room for a cot for a young baby in the master bedroom. We do not accept toddlers or smaller children at this property as it is surrounded by unguarded deep water and the dining table and coffee tables have glass tops.
The Hall
The apartment is approached up one flight of stairs. The hallway has cupboard space for storage.
The Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner has a modern glass John Lewis dining table with white contemporary chairs. It can seat six so if you have other guests over for dinner you can comfortably accommodate them. There is a black three seater leather sofa, an armchair and an LCD tv, dvd, CD player and freeview channels. With lamps, books, cushions and quality pictures we have tried to create a room with a modern feel. There is a door which leads out onto the south facing balcony and there are views across to the sea.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is white with a slate floor and has a washer/dryer, microwave and all the mod cons you would expect. It is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater.
The Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is white with black and grey accents. There is a wardrobe and drawers with an LCD tv with freeview channels so you can have tea in bed whilst watching breakfast tv!
The other bedroom is a smaller double room which can be made as two single beds or one double bed.
The Bathrooms
The bathrooms are white with slate tiled floors. Both have baths with showers over them.
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
Price for the property
From £425 per week up to £675. If you require a longer let due to work or relocation please ring Neil on 01273 804804 to discuss your budget. We may be able to offer weekend or midweek deals at certain times.
Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
