The whole place has been very stylishly furnished with great attention to detail; decorated with wooden floors, white walls and splashes of carefully chosen retro wall paper. An aspirational place to stay for those who appreciate style and luxury.

This is the perfect sociable place for a group of friends to stay with a designer garden with gazebo, Balinese day bed and al fresco dining.

The apartment is in Hove, close to cocktail bars and more traditional pubs, high quality restaurants and cafes and not far from the beach. making it an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay. Central Brighton is a ten minute walk away. There is broadband and cable tv.

There is metered parking nearby.

A description of the property

Totally unique and impressive contemporary converted mews house with two double bedrooms, large open lounge/ dining area with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto a designer garden.

Entrance
Through the entrance and there is a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor.

Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen has red high gloss units and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and SMEG retro refrigerator.

Lounge/Diner/Garden
The large lounge has stylish white leather sofas and a huge tv projector screen with cable tv channels, perfect for chilling out after a night out. There is Sony Playstation3 with Blu-Ray player complete with games and films. There is a dining table for six and glass doors open out at the side onto a truly stunning designer decked garden area with recessed lighting, a gazebo, Balinese day bed and further outside dining and lounging areas. A sofa bed can accommodate another two people in the lounge.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two big double bedrooms that can accommodate extra people easily with chair beds if you are a larger group. Both bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobes offering lots of storage. One has an ensuite bathroom with rainfall power shower and both bathrooms have underfloor heating, chrome bathroom fittings and there’s even a LCD waterproof television in one of the bathrooms. There is a wall mounted plasma tv in the master bedroom and skylights with electronic blinds. Relax and unwind in luxury!

We can arrange CRB checked babysitters should you require it.

All crisp white bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided and we can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, sorry, no cats. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property
From £695 to £1195.
Weekend breaks are available and last minute deals might be negotiable.
