his two bedroom apartment is in one of Brighton’s premier squares in the highly regarded Kemp Town area of Brighton. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the private residents’gardens and is ideally situated for the beach. Set in a Regency mansion block, this would be the perfect choice for a couple but would also be ideal for a longer term executive let. The sea is just a short walk away and there are cafes, shops and restaurants at the end of the road. A nearby bus stop has a 24hour bus service that runs every few minutes with buses that take you into central Brighton.
A Description of the Property
The Apartment
The apartment is on the first floor of an elegant Regency mansion block and has one spacious double bedroom, one single bedroom, a lounge, bathroom and a fully equipped galley style kitchen. Residents of Sussex Square have access to five acres of beautiful gardens, the inspiration for Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, with a tunnel that leads directly to the beach. The apartment has been decorated traditionally in a Laura Ashley style which is in keeping with the period features of the property, making a very comfortable home from home. There is broadband and a telephone for incoming calls.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is a neat galley style kitchen and has a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything you need to self cater.
The Lounge
There is an LCD tv with Sky channels and a dvd player. A comfortable sofa and elegant armchairs provide a relaxing place to unwind. The room has huge elegant doors which let in lots of light and lead to a balcony that offers views of the private residents’ gardens. Lamps, traditional furniture and art work create a stylish and traditional feel to the room. There is a desk near the window which would be a great place to work if you are here for an executive let.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom at the front of the property has large sash doors that lead onto the balcony with its table and chairs. It is a spacious room with a double bed, wardrobes, two sets of drawers and a bookcase with a large selection of books and a cd player.
The Second Bedroom/Dining area
The second bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a single day bed and a dining table. It can be used as a dining room/ office or a second bedroom. One wall has a huge bookcase with lots of books for you to enjoy.

If you require parking there is 24 hour metered parking on the seafront or there is unrestricted parking in nearby roads about a five minute walk away. Outside the property there is metered parking for four hours at a time.
There is broadband at the property and a telephone for incoming calls.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis if you are staying longer than a week. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
All electricity and utility costs are included.
As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property and as there is no outside area it would not suit a smoker.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be returned in full a soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
