his is a pretty little apartment decorated in a Moroccan style. Perfect for a romantic getaway. It is situated in the highly regarded Kemp Town district of Brighton, a couple of hundred metres from Brighton seafront.

Kemp Town itself is a mix of elegant eateries and cosy pubs many offering great food. Just around the corner is a traditional pub that serves a range of locally produced sausages (including several vegetarian ones!) with a choice of different types of mash. Sausage and mash and a pint of Sussex ale..what could be better! There are delis and high quality gift shops as well as a bakery, grocers and butchers. Everything you need is close to hand and Kemp Town has a friendly and bohemian feel.

The property is conveniently situated for town and is a five minute walk from Brighton Pier. Within an easy walking distance there are upmarket cocktail bars and entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa and live bands, making it the perfect spot for a holiday or short break.

Property Description

The apartment has an open plan feel with a romantic bedroom with a double bed and subtle lighting, a cosy lounge with doors out to a small patio and a small dining area. The well equipped kitchen leads off from the lounge and the neat bathroom is at the rear. There is a washing machine and a storage area for cases and bags.

Parking is pay and display but there is free parking a few streets away if you want to leave your car there for the duration of your stay. You don’t really need a car because everything is easily within walking distance and buses run very frequently from the top of the road to all areas of Brighton.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Pets are accepted at this property at a small extra charge although please note that the outside space, though completely secure, is very small. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you may use the patio area.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
