his is a modern yet spacious two bedroom apartment decorated and furnished with care and consideration. We have tried to make this a real home from home for you and it is ideal choice if you are relocating. The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk along the boardwalk next to all the yachts gives a Mediterranean feel! You certainly couldn’t get closer to the sea and central Brighton is still easily accessible.

The apartment has its own allocated parking space which makes it easy if you are coming by car. It is on the first floor with an east facing balcony and side views to the sea; the perfect place to sit with a coffee and read the papers in the morning sun or to unwind in the cool of the evening with a gin and tonic!

From the Marina it is a pleasant walk along the coast road to the Pier, but if you don’t want to walk buses are really frequent and there’s a bus stop really close by or you can take one of the famous Brighton Tuc Tucs to anywhere you want in town for £2. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket. The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie… to name a mere few.

A description of the property

The apartment is decorated neutrally throughout and has a quality carpet and fittings. All the furnishings are modern and new and have been chosen to create a homely and comfortable place. There are quality soft furnishings and pictures. It sleeps 4 but can accommodate one other on a zbed in the master bedroom and there is a double sofabed in the lounge, so potentially it could sleep 7 adults but it would be a squeeze!

The Hall
The apartment is approached up one flight of stairs. The hallway has halogen lighting and plenty of cupboard space for storage. All the rooms in the apartment lead off the hallway.

The Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner has a modern dining table with brown leather chairs which seats six. There is a brown three seater leather sofa bed and two chairs and a LCD tv, dvd and freeview channels. With lamps, books, cushions and quality pictures we have tried to create a room with an ambient feel. There are doors which lead out onto the east facing balcony which has a table and two chairs and there are oblique views to the sea.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is blue and white and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the mod cons you would expect. It is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater.

The Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is an east facing large triple size room. It has a luxurious 6ft wide superking size bed but there is still room for a z bed and travel cot if you want children to sleep in with you. The room could be arranged as two singles or two singles and a third person on a z bed. There are fitted beech wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There are wooden shutters on the window.

The other bedroom is a double room which can be made as two single beds or one double bed. This also has fitted wardrobes.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is a white contemporary suite with a shower over the bath.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property
From £395pw to £695pw

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
