A description of the property

An elegant Regency house set over four floors offering space and luxury throughout. The property is decorated with Farrow and Ball paints and has an amazing contemporary kitchen and beautifully finished bathrooms. Wireless broadband is available.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor the spacious and welcoming hallway leads into a large lounge which has a feature fireplace and is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable and elegant furnishings, lamps and pictures. There is an LCD tv and dvd and cd player and freeview channels and wireless broadband.

Kitchen/Lounge/Diner
On the lower ground floor is a very large contemporary kitchen with a sociable lounge/ dining area making it perfect for cooking and relaxing with family and friends. With easy chairs and a chaise longue and a large dining area with a table and benches that can easily accommodate large groups this is the perfect space to cook and relax with family and friends. There is a small patio area at the back of the kitchen also. The kitchen is beautifully finished and offers high quality appliances with a dishwasher and microwave etc. There is also an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer dryer and lots of storage.

Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms. Two are ensuite. All offer the ultimate in luxurious fittings and décor.

The Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms; two doubles with ensuite bathrooms, two twin rooms and one single bedroom. All are elegantly furnished and beautifully co-ordinated with cushions and throws. For additional guests there is a sofa bed also, or a z bed can easily be accommodated in the master bedroom.

Roof Terrace
There is a roof terrace with view to the sea and built in seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views out to the sea.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Additional information

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.

We regret pets are not accepted at this property.
