There is a large wall mounted LCD tv and dvd, freeview channels, cd player and wireless broadband. The lounge is ideal for large groups as it has two seating areas so one group of friends can sit and chat near the tv and another group can sit and chat or play a board game at the other end of the lounge. Ideal as well for families who have children who want to play games as the adults can have their own space at the other end of the room! There is a cloakroom on this floor.
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner
On the lower ground floor is a very large contemporary kitchen with a sociable lounge/ dining area making it perfect for cooking and relaxing with family and friends. With a large dining table for eight and an additional table for four plus breakfast bar stools this is the perfect space to cook and relax with family and friends. There is a very small patio area at the back of the kitchen also where a smoker would be able to stand outside. The kitchen is beautifully finished and offers high quality appliances with a dishwasher and microwave etc. There is also an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer dryer and lots of storage. There are four bedrooms, all elegantly finished. With quality orthopaedic zip and link beds in most of them, they rooms can be arranged as either twin rooms or with king size beds.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds.
Bedroom 2 is the Master bedroom and has zip and link beds and a large sofa bed so it can accommodate four people. There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds and a chair bed so it can accommodate three people. There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
Bedroom 4 has zip and link beds so can accommodate two.
Bedroom 5 has a single bed.
In the lounge there is a double sofa bed to accommodate two and in the kitchen/diner there is a large sofa bed to accommodate two.
Roof Terrace
There is a roof terrace with view to the sea and seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views out to the sea.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
Price for the property

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
