Sillwood Hall apartment is in an elegant mansion block and is the perfect location for a stay in central Brighton. In a quiet spot with secure allocated parking behind electronic gates and an amazing sea view from the balcony. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and has a modern high gloss kitchen. The real leather sofas and oak furniture are of a high quality.

Close by there are numerous restaurants and cafes offering cuisine to suit all tastes plus fashionable bars. With the beach and nightlife within walking distance all around you, yet set back from the hubbub in its own little oasis….it doesn’t get much better than this!

At the top of the road there is a Sainsbury’s Express and Waitrose plus a superb independent food store and deli so if you want to self cater it is very easy. With all the restaurants and cafes around you though, the kitchen may never need to be used!

A description of the property

The property is neutrally decorated with a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. Wireless broadband is available. The apartment is on the second floor of a mansion block and has lift access.

Lounge/Diner
The spacious and bright lounge/dining room has a dual aspect and there are huge floor to ceiling sash windows offering a breathtaking view down to the sea. There is access onto the balcony where you can sit and watch the evening sun setting. There are two leather sofas, oak furniture and a dining table for four. There is a television with freeview channels and a dvd and video player. The room has an elegant chandelier and there are lamps and pictures making it a beautiful and comfortable home from home.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is in a contemporary style with quality high gloss white units and black work tops. It is fully equipped and has a washer dryer/ dishwasher and microwave.

The Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms that can be arranged with twin beds or double beds. Bedroom one has an ensuite shower room.

 

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property
Nov/ Dec/ January /Feb/ March / April from £495 per week
May/ June/ Sept/ Oct from £550 per week
Christmas/ New Year/ Easter/ July/ August from £695 per week

 

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.

We regret pets are not accepted at this property.
