his is fab! A beautiful house in a fantastic location. Robert Street is set over three floors in the very fashionable and popular district of Brighton called The North Laines. It is in the very heart of the cultural centre of Brighton and has over 300 unique and unusual shops close by. A perfect choice for a group of ladies who want to shop!

Within a five minute walking radius there are also 4 theatres, 2 museums, 37 cafes and 22 quaint gastro pubs. In addition to that, the beach and pier is about a ten minute walk away. Perfect! You can buy everything in the Laines from the latest designer fashion to retro 50s wear – and no chain stores!

The bedrooms can be arranged to accommodate 7 single beds or three king sized beds. It is a great family home with three good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully enclosed patio garden with a table for six to enjoy al fresco dining.

Close to the famous Brighton Pavilion, it is in a street of pretty houses and makes an absolutely great base for a stay in Brighton. The Laines has many pedestrianised streets nearby creating a very laid back, Mediterranean feel.

A description of the property
More than just a place to stay this is a comfortable and homely home from home with fabulous funky retro art work, period fireplaces and great patio garden. Well equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, microwave etc…everything you would expect in a home.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge
On the basement level there is a kitchen/diner and lounge. The modern and tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped and has a door to an enclosed patio garden. Both the kitchen and patio have tables that can seat six for dining.

The Lounge
The relaxing lounge has a warm and homely feel with a cream L shaped modern sofa and a very realistic, high quality coal effect remote controlled gas fire – great for cosy Christmas get togethers! There are books, a stereo and family games, freeview channels on the LCD tv and WiFi broadband.

Bedrooms
3 double bedrooms; one with ensuite facilities.
These can be arranged to accommodate three king sized beds or twin beds…whatever configuration you need we can do it!

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. One is very large with quirky turquoise tiles and has a bath with a shower over it and the other is a modern shower room which is an ensuite to the master bedroom.

Additional Information
Please note that one set of stairs are open plan and may not be suitable for unsteady toddlers or the elderly. All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Wonderfully kind (and enhanced CRB checked) babysitters are available. (If you feel at all nervous about leaving your little one then you can literally go out to a quality restaurant round the corner and be home in two minutes should the babysitter phone you.)

All electricity and gas costs are included and you control the thermostat! The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property
From £595 to £1095

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, sorry, no cats.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, babysitting (CRB checked and well known to us), welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
