​There are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms or king size beds and the third bedroom is fixed as two singles.There are also 4 cube beds from The Futon Company.


Wilbury Grove really does have a wow factor when you walk in. The apartment is a converted coach house and is light and spacious. Splashes of colour with great sofas and art work really add to the contemporary, but very warm and natural feel.

The apartment has beautiful wooden flooring and open beams in some areas, but it also has high ceilings and some period features with old non-working fireplaces in some of the rooms.

This is a beautiful place to stay for family and friends and is in a great location just a short walk to Church Street in Hove which has great cafes, restaurants and shopping. Central Brighton and the main shopping area in Western Road is about a ten minute walk away and the beach is an easy walk away too.

Entrance

The apartment has its own entrance and is accessed from the front door up a flight of stairs.

First floor

On the first floor you have the spacious kitchen which has grey contemporary units and everything you need to self cater. There is a red Smeg fridge/freezer and a washing machine and dishwasher,

The very large living/dining room has a dining table which seats 8-10 people. The lounge area has funky retro sofas and a large LCD tv with a DVD player and Freeview. There is WiFi. There is a cube in this room so someone could sleep in this room or it can be moved to any of the bedrooms.

There is a stylish cloakroom WC accessed from the landing.

A bedroom on this floor is spacious and has lots of wardrobe space. There are twin zip and link beds which can also be configured as a double. There is also a cube bed in this room for an additional person to use. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with a contemporary suite.

Second Floor

The Master bedroom is a really stunning, large open space with Velux windows and beams. There is an additional tv. The bed can be configured as a twin or a king size bed and there are two cube beds. Please note that this bedroom is open plan to the landing area and access to bedroom 3 and the main bathroom is off the landing.

Bedroom 3 is a smaller twin room and has some original beams adding character.

The main bathroom is really spacious and has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

  • Parking is by meter in nearby roads or car parks. Ask for advice.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
  • If you require a travel cot or high chair please ask at the time of booking.
  • The apartment will usually be made up as 6 single beds. If you require a different configuration with double beds please let us know at the time of booking.
  • The apartment may not suit someone with mobility issues as there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment..
