Spacious and stylish Hove retreat

Beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished, this holiday rental has been finished to a very high standard and every care has been taken to create a wonderful place to stay. There is one bedroom and two bathrooms in this property and it would make an ideal short term let for an executive while they’re in Brighton. The location is ideal, very close to Hove’s fabulous cafe culture, restaurants, shops and the beach and also it’s not far from central Brighton itself. Highly recommended!

Description

There is one king size bed. There is a large double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is spacious and has enough room for a travel cot which we can provide. Alternatively we may be able to provide a cube bed for a child for this room if required.


In one of Hove’s premier roads, this spacious, raised ground floor apartment offers a very stylish and comfortable retreat. Our criteria for selecting properties to be a part of Brighton Holiday Homes comes very much from the heart and the question, “Would I like to live here?” With this apartment it was a definite feeling of, “Oooh, can I move in now?!”

The apartment has such a feeling of peace and is decorated in a stylish way with some gorgeous period features too. A very impressive marble fireplace, high ceilings and cornicing, large and carefully refurbished sash windows that let in lots of light…the apartment feels spacious and is very practical too. It’s close to the shops, restaurants and cafe culture of Hove and is not far from the beach as well. An absolutely ideal property for an executive or a small family.

Entrance

The main door to the building is accessed via some original tiled steps. The intercom entry door allows you access to the ground floor and the apartment front door is just inside.

Kitchen

The galley style kitchen is beautifully fitted with contemporary units and has a handy mini breakfast bar. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. There’s a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a slimline dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine, ( a separate free standing electric clothes dryer is in a cupboard).

Shower room

There is a shower room accessed from the hall which is fully tiled and beautifully finished and has a walk in rainfall shower. The main family bathroom is en suite to the bedroom.

Bedroom

The bedroom is a very pretty room in neutral colours with a slightly vintage feel. Large sash windows have the pretty aspect of neatly kept gardens of neighbouring properties and the impressive nearby Church.

Family bathroom

A bathroom is accessed from this room and again it is beautifully tiled and has an additional contemporary walk in shower and a bath.

Living room

High ceilings, a marble fireplace (non working fireplace), large sash windows which give a feeling of light and space…the room has been decorated in calm neutral tones offset by designer grey radiators and stylish and carefully chosen accessories. Two comfy sofas (one is a large double sofa bed), a dining table for four, tv, dvd and WiFi. A great room to relax, dine or work.

  • As with all our properties this is a no smoking apartment and please note there is no outside area so it would not be suitable for smokers.

  • Metered parking is outside or there’s an NCP car park nearby. Please ask for advice. We recommend all guests travel by train to Brighton where possible.
