Ideal for a longer term booking for someone here for work, the apartment is in central Brighton and close to shops and amenities but with a highly sought after stunning uninterrupted sea view in a prime sea front residence.

The apartment is a new build block and has the quality of finish you would expect in such a prime location opposite the beach and the i360. Wood flooring throughout and a high end fully integrated kitchen with granite worktops, plus two contemporary fully tiled bathrooms with high quality fixtures and fittings.

The apartment has been furnished to create a comfortable home from home and this is a very desirable property. Please note that the bed linen will be white unlike those shown in the video and photos.

Entrance

Secure intercom entrance to the main building. A lift takes you to the fourth floor where the entrance to the apartment is.

Living/Dining/Kitchen

With wood flooring throughout and a window and doors leading out to the balcony; this room is fresh, light and bright. There is a corner sofa and dining table for four, a large wall mounted LCD tv and WiFi. The kitchen area has fully integrated appliances and fully equipped for self catering. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Bathroom

The family bathroom is fully tiled to a high standard and has a bath with a shower attachment.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed and a stylish en suite shower room, again fully tiled and completed to a high standard of finish.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a single bed and a stylish single chair bed.

  • There is WiFi.
  • The property has a lift but if at any time this is down due to maintenance please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and you would need to be able to access stairs to the second floor.
  • There is no allocated parking and we would recommend coming to Brighton by public transport as you do not need a car whilst here. If you do have a car there are car parks close by or metered parking on the sea front. If you are here longer term please ask us for advice regarding a more economical alternative.
