Stylish & Central Holday Apartment

West Pier Apartment offers excellent value for holiday makers and executives with it’s two bedrooms and great location, just by the West Pier in central Brighton. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with the owners taking great care to create a comfortable and welcoming holiday home. Because it is priced as a one bedroom, you get fantastic space at a unbeatable price.


The two bedrooms have hotel standard zip and link beds so can be configured as king size beds or twins. The master bedroom is made up as a king and the second bedroom as a twin. Let us know if you require a different configuration. There is a sofa bed too.

West Pier Apartment is a very stylish, beautifully furnished holiday apartment just off the sea front by the iconic West Pier. Located in central Brighton and with the beach just a few steps away. It is a very practical choice as the shops in Western Road, including Waitrose, are very close by.

The apartment has a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. It is spacious, has a really lovely feel to it, with a slightly quirky layout with stairs leading up to the second bedroom. With a Smart TV and WiFi it is a very comfortable home from home.

It is on the top floor of a Regency building and within the apartment there are stairs so it would not suit those with mobility issues.


The entrance to the block is up a few steps. There is security entry phone. The main shared entrance for the apartments has basic decor which is typical of many Regency blocks in Brighton. Stairs lead up to the apartment itself.

The Living/Dining Room

Once inside it is clear that the owners have taken a great deal of care to create a very welcoming home for guests.There is a stylish striped stair carpet and the decor is neutral with a grey and stone theme throughout with all the furnishings and accessories. The living room is a large room with an L- shaped sofa, a 40 inch Smart tv, Wi-fi and a styish glass dining table for four. There are white wooden blinds, real oak doors and a plush grey carpet. (The sofa is also a sofa bed which pulls out to create a double bed, suitable for one person.)


The kitchen is quite spacious and has white high gloss units and black granite worktops. There is everything you need to self cater and also a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a small pull up breakfast bar which offers extra space for preparing food.


There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom at the front of the building is usually configured as a king size bed, but it can also be set out as a twin if you let us know at the time of booking. It has a vintage style pretty dressing table, a large wardrobe and stylish accessories.

The second bedroom is up a small set of stairs off the landing and has twin beds, which again can be configured as a king size bed. It also has a stylish dressing table and a spacious wardrobe. Both bedrooms have neutral decor, plush grey carpet and colour co-ordinated accessories.


The bathroom is white and contemporary. Quite spacious, it has a modern P-shaped bath with a shower over it.

  • As with all properties smoking is not permitted. It would not suit a smoker as there is no outside space.
  • It is on the top floor of a Regency building and within the apartment there are stairs so it would not suit those with mobility issues.
  • It is a great quality apartment but is priced as a one bedroom just because there are three flights of stairs up to the apartment and no lift, so it really offers unbeatable value.
