Marina apartment with allocated free parking

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is a great choice. Located on the popular Brighton Marina there are views of the inner lagoons and in the distance through to the main harbour with all its yachts. The Marina is a very practical choice with its array of cafes, restaurants and shops as well as a cinema, bowling alley and supermarket all within a very short walk from the holiday apartment. Ideal for a family or executive short term serviced apartment.


The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.

An ideal apartment for a holiday or for an executive here for work. Brighton Marina is an excellent choice and offers a very practical holiday let location for those coming to the city. The allocated parking space for the apartment is just opposite the entrance to the apartment block. There is a security entry door and the apartment accessed via stairs to the second floor.


Throughout the apartment there are marble tiled floors. The entrance hall has a handy storage cupboard and all rooms are accessed from the hallway.


The contemporary kitchen has high gloss units and has everything you need to self cater. There is a slimline dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in a utility cupboard in the main bathroom.

Living/Dining room

The open plan living / dining room is a spacious room with marble tiled flooring and neutral walls. There are large patio doors leading to the small balcony area which has uninterrupted views of the main harbour in the distance and views of the inner lagoons to the sides. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or a glass of wine watching the sunset. There is a contemporary glass dining table for four and an extra large leather sofa. A large LCD television is on the wall and there is a SKY tv package. There is WiFi.

Master bedroom

The Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. There is a stylish en suite bathroom with a shower.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe and has a view of the inner lagoon from the back.

Family bathroom

The family bathroom is fairly spacious, has a stylish suite with a bath with a shower over it and a laundry cupboard is accessed from here.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
