Contemporary holiday home in private location

This superb holiday let is in the fashionable Kemp Town district of Brighton (not Washington!) and offers a very stylish and contemporary home. A new build property, built to a high standard and with lots of space and a great outside patio area which leads directly from the bi-folding doors of the living area. Open plan living, four HD 3D televisions and four bathrooms make this an excellent home from home.


There are three bedrooms, two have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom in the attic has a superking size bed and the other two have king size beds. There are two double sofa beds in the living room and five cube beds.

The White House is in a great location in the Kemp Town district of Brighton, close to the highly regarded Sussex Square area and Brighton College. It is set back from the road and offers privacy. There is a great coffee shop on the corner of the road and gastro pubs just nearby. It is easily accessible to central Brighton with 24/7 buses from the end of the road or about a half an hour walk. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

This is a new build property and the developer has created a beautiful home from home with marble flooring in the living area, intelligent lighting, neutral colours and feature walls. The property has lots of light and space. The marble floor and bifold doors lead seemlessly out onto the patio and give the house a slightly Mediterranean feel. The kitchen, furnishings, fixtures and fittings are all of excellent quality.


From the road a large sliding gate and intercom system lead to a private patio area and the front door.


The hallway has a cupboard for coats and leads through into the main open plan living area.


At the front of this large room is the sleek, high gloss kitchen with white granite worktops. It has a dishwasher, microwave and everything you need to self cater. A breakfast bar area with white leather stools is great for sociable cooking and dining.

Living area

There are two white leather Chesterfield sofas which are sofa beds and a large wall mounted HD 3D Smart tv. The sofa beds are double sofa beds but it’s probably roomier if just one person sleeps on each. There are five cubes which fold out into floor beds. These can be easily moved to any of the bedrooms. There are full width bifolding doors which open out onto the patio area which has a patio lounge set. Perfect for relaxing in the sunshine!

A useful downstairs cloakroom is off the lounge area.

First Floor

Plush carpets lead up the stairs to the first floor landing. The bedrooms have wooden flooring. There are two bedrooms on this floor. Both bedrooms have king size beds and HD tvs on the wall. The family bathroom is on this floor and has a bath with a shower over it. The second bedroom on this floor has it’s own en suite bathroom with a walk in rainfall shower. There is room for a travel cot in this room.

Second Floor

On the second floor the attic bedroom is spacious and has a superking size bed. There is a 40 inch HD 3D tv in this bedroom and an en suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. There is room for a travel cot in this bedroom.

  • As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted in the house.
  • A travel cot and high chair can be provided. Please inform us of your requirements at the time of booking.
  • There is no allocated parking and parking is by meter. If you are here longer term please ask us about this.
  • If you would like a housekeeping service at intervals during your stay this can be arranged at additional cost.
