​A stunning interior designed boutique style holiday home in a location that doesn’t get more central! The Water Factory is right in the heart of Brighton, between West Street and Middle Street, close to night life, shops, cafes of the Lanes and the sea front is just a few metres away. This is an absolutely ideal property for you to enjoy if you are here for a weekend away and you want to be right in the heart of the city.


​There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1- triple bunk, Bedroom 2 - 2 triple bunks, Bedroom 3- 2 singles, Bedroom 4- 3 singles.

​The Water Factory is a beautifully styled property right in the heart of Brighton. A historic building in the centre of Brighton and with a long history, The Water Factory has now evolved into a beautiful place for you to enjoy and offers great style at fantastic value. The interior has a boutique feel and has a dining table for 14 as well as two seating areas for you to relax after a hard day shopping. A gorgeous property which offers a great location, practical space and contemporary interior design.

Each room has been decorated to reflect different locations in Brighton with co-ordinates on the wall. The four bedrooms are Brighton Museum, The West Pier, Stanmer House and The Lanes. With neutral colours throughout and very stylish wallpaper in each room to reflect the location, this house really does offer a fantastic place to stay for a group of friends and family here for the weekend. If nightlife, browsing the shops, eating out and the beach are important for your weekend then everything is really close by.

Ground Floor

The front door leads into the stylish living area which has a corner sofa, a pouffee and an LCD TV with DVD on the wall. Next to this room is a handy downstairs loo. Further on through to the back of the house and you have the kitchen and dining area with a mural of Brighton Pier on the back wall as a fabulous backdrop. A contemporary kitchen with everything you need to self cater. With everything so close by self catering probably isn’t really necessary! There is a dishwasher, microwave and everything you would expect in a kitchen.

The dining table seats 14 and is a great place to sit and chat. Following on from this is another open plan seating area where there are two more sofas.

First Floor

On the first floor are two bedrooms and a contemporary shower room. The first bedroom is “Brighton Museum” and has a triple bunk, wardrobe and dressing table area. Neutral colours, and wallpaper and co-ordinates on the wall reflect the location.

The second bedroom is “The West Pier” and has two triple bunks, seagulls painted on the wall and again a dressing table area.

Second Floor

On the second floor are two more beautiful bedrooms and another contemporary shower room. “Stanmer House” has two single beds, a wardrobe and dressing table area. “North Laine” has three single beds and street art mural on the wall to reflect the eclectic street art of the North Laine district.

  • Parking is in nearby car parks. The property is central and we would recommend you come to Brighton using public transport as parking costs are at a premium. The house is not far from the train station and bus station.
