There are four bedrooms: two fixed doubles and two twins. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower. The twin beds can be configured as doubles if required. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need all the rooms as doubles. There are two sofa beds in the lounge.
This property really is self catering at it’s best with attention to detail and beautiful styling throughout. Located in central Brighton, the main central shopping area is just at the end of the road and it’s easy to walk to restaurants, pubs and clubs so there’s no need for taxis. There is a Waitrose just close by too, making food shopping really easy. The beach is just a short walk away as well so this is the perfect choice for a great holiday.
Entrance
There is a hallway to store coats and a downstairs loo.
Reception Room
This is a very large, open plan room, beautifully designed in a chic, contemporary style with wooden floors and neutral walls. There is a 36 inch LCD tv with freeview, a dvd player and Wi-fi. There are two sofas beds that can accommodate four extra occasional guests. The dining table is a feature and seats twelve comfortably with ten chairs and an additional two stools.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is a galley style contemporary kitchen in aluminium and has everything you need to self cater. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer.
First Floor Bedrooms
There are four beautifully styled bedrooms, all on the first floor. Two are doubles, two are twins. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower and basin. Three of the bedrooms have their own LCD tvs with Freeview channels.
The Bathroom
There is a very large bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bath.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
All utility costs are included.
There is no parking at the property but you can park at the NCP car park at Regency Square. You will not need a car while you are in Brighton so we recommend you come to Brighton using public transport where possible.
There is Wi-fi at the property.
As with all our properties there is no smoking allowed inside the property. The only place to smoke is outside the front door.
