The Grove 2 offers unbeatable value and a lower deposit than others of a similar size. It is perfect for a group of family and friends coming to Brighton for the weekend. The property consists of a large house and a separate lower ground floor flat. In total the property has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and it’s furnished with groups in mind so it’s a practical choice. This offers a great economical home from home for your family and friends.

If you are looking for great value for your weekend away with family and friends then The Grove 2 is a perfect choice. It’s spacious and offers a comfortable holiday home from home. With this property you get two for one, because it is a large three bedroom house plus an additional lower ground floor apartment which has been beautifully converted to offer another two bedrooms, a kitchenette and an additional bathroom. The property’s decor is neutral and has everything you need in a comfortable home. There is a pretty kitchen with a small dining area and a living room in the main house. Each of the bedrooms has a mural of an iconic star. Although still very comfortable and attractive, in some ways the decor is a little more basic than some other properties which is why it is offered at such exceptional value.

The Grove 2 is about a twenty minute walk from Brighton’s North Laine. It has unrestricted free parking in the road and neighbouring roads.There are twelve single beds and two sofa beds and two cube beds so it really offers a very comfortable stay with no arguing about who has the top bunk! There is WiFi.

Entrance

Up a few steps to the front door to the main house or down a few steps to the entrance to the separate apartment. Through the main front door you enter the living room.

Living room

The living room has an LCD tv mounted on the wall and two sofa beds. There are two tub chairs and two cube beds. These cube beds can be moved to any of the bedrooms in the property very easily if you prefer to sleep in a bedroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a white kitchen table for four and is in a white country kitchen style. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and everything you need to self cater should you wish to. There is a fridge and an additional fridge freezer in an alcove in the hallway.

Bathroom

With contemporary mosaic tiling and a walk in shower..this is a neat bathroom on the ground floor at the back of the property.

First floor

On the first floor there are two god size bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 1 has three single beds and there is room for the cube beds to be placed in here. Bedroom 2 is also a good size and has two single beds.

Second Floor

On the second floor there is another spacious bedroom with three single beds. Next to this is the family bathroom with a bath with a shower over it. The bathroom is decorated with black and white tiles and is contemporary.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor apartment has it’s own entrance and has two bedrooms, a small kitchenette and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a contemporary suite and the whole apartment has been refurbished in a neat, contemporary style.. Up a few steps and you are at the entrance to the main house.
