​The Continental is so called due to the continental feel of the decor. A very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with stylish tiled flooring throughout. There’s a swish curved breakfast bar in the kitchen, funky inset lighting at floor level in the hall, white wooden shutters on the windows and a beautiful tub bath in the en suite of the master bedroom, to name just a few of the stylish features. The style of this place evokes a continental, European feel.

This apartment, which forms part of a Regency building, is very comfortable and a real home from home. It offers a perfect solution for an executive here for work needing somewhere economical and longer term. It is equally a great choice for a family holiday.

The location is ideal, in a well regarded road and with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and just a short stroll along to the central shopping district in Brighton.

Entrance

The apartment has its own private entrance at lower ground floor level with a small pato area to the front. Allrooms in the apartment lead off the hallway whic has inset LED lighting at floor level.

Kitchen/ Living room

Theis large space is an open plan design. Windows at the front have wooden shutters and there are comfortable furnishings making this a really great space to relax. There is an LCD tv and WiFi. A dining table for four is by the kitchen and there is also a funky curved breakfast bar with seating for three.

The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and has a large American fridge/freezer, washing machine and drier. The range cooker has five rings, a double oven and a hot plate; perfect for anyone with culinary skillls!

Bedrooms

There are two spacious bedrooms. Both have hotel standard zip and link beds so they can be configured as king size beds or twin beds. The master bed will usually be a king bed and the other room a twin but if you would prefer an altrnative configuration please inform us at the time of booking so we can let housekeeing know. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage with the master bedroom having an area just outside the bedroom with built in cupboards.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful en suite with a large tub bath, a separate walk in shower and all beautfully designed with glossy mosaic tiles and mirrors. The second bathroom is a wet room with overhead rainfall shower.

​All bed linen and towels are provided.

All utility costs are included.

There is WiFi.

As with all properties smoking is not permitted inside but you may smoke outside in the front entrance patio area.

Parking is by meter or in car parks. You do not need a car while you are here and we recommend coming to Brighton using public transport, but if you do need parking please ask us for advice about nearby car parks.
