There are two bedrooms, each has a double bed.
This highly desirable apartment enjoys stunning views across 7 acres of private residents’ gardens and also has direct views of the sea. Sussex Square is one of Brighton’s premier addresses. The crescent of huge elegant, white Regency houses looks out onto seven acres of green gardens so the view is very pretty. Sussex Square is on the edge of the Kemp Town area of Brighton which has a village feel with patisseries, delis, cafes, tea rooms and many independent gift shops and galleries. It is also very close to the Royal Sussex Hospital.
Still not far from the bustle of central Brighton and with 24/7 buses just nearby, it is approximately a 20 minute walk along the seafront to Brighton Palace Pier.
Entrance
The grand entrance is shared with a few other apartments and the lift in the entrance hall takes you directly and only to your apartment via private lobby.
The Apartment
The apartment has been very tastefully refurbished and offers elegant and contemporary living. The spacious lounge has large sash windows with views over the gardens and to the sea in the distance. The views and location were some of the reasons why the owners bought this apartment. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living areas.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped, beautifully styled and has everything you need to self cater. There is a large cooker, washing machine/dryer. dishwasher and a breakfast bar table with four stools.
Lounge
The spacious lounge has a very comfortable L-shaped sofa, LCD tv with Freeview, dvd player and Wi-fi Internet access. A feature fireplace and the large sash windows are beautiful features of the room and the carefully chosen accessories and quality furniture all create a very special place to relax. There is a dining table for six at one end of the room.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms. One at the front of the apartment, overlooking the gardens and one at the back. Each bedroom has a double bed and one of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms have high quality fittings and are fully tiled in Aqua mosaic tiles.
* Please note there is no access to the gardens as these are private.
* There is parking with the apartment to the rear of the property. Four or five spaces are shared by the apartments on a first come first served basis and one space may be used by guests staying in this apartment. Although we cannot guarantee a space, the owner has said that it is unusual for all the spaces to be taken. Please note if all the spaces are taken by other residents we will not be responsible for parking meter charges. There is access to the apartment from the parking area via the fire escape or you can walk back round to the main front entrance. Additional parking is by meter in surrounding roads. Everything is close by so a car is not really needed for the duration of your stay.
