Very special! An elegant and beautifully finished apartment set in Sussex Square, one of Brighton’s premier addresses. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the square and is decorated and furnished to an excellent standard with beautiful furniture and fittings. The beach is just at the end of the road and there is a great little coffee shop just around the corner. This apartment is a peaceful retreat!

There is one double bed and one single bed with another pull out bed under it so it can be a twin room or another double room.
The apartment has beautiful original Regency features throughout and is in a prestigious setting. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard in keeping with the period.
The Lounge/Dining Room
Beautiful very high quality furniture with large sash windows, original wooden floor and a Regency fireplace. This large room has a French feel to it and is very stylishly decorated and furnished. There is an LCD tv with freeview channels, dvd and cd player. There is wireless broadband at the property.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has bespoke white wooden units, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need should you wish to self cater.
The Master Bedroom 1
The master bedroom is a light and spacious room with a superking size bed. A beautiful room with fitted wardrobes and elegant furnishings.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is an east facing room with large sash windows with wooden shutters. The windows open onto a balcony which overlooks gardens and the sea at the end of the road. The room has a single bed with another bed under so it can be arranged as a second double or twin room.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is a contemporary suite with a bath and shower over it and mosaic tiling.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
Pets are not accepted at this property. There is no smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the front balcony.
Please note there is an additional roof terrace at the back of the property but it is not accessible at the moment.
Parking is by meter on nearby roads.
I have just tried to call your office this afternoon to thank you so much for a lovely holiday. All of us loved the accommodation and the gardens were simply wonderful. We found everything we needed to self-cater in Sussex Square.It was a truly wonderful vacation, and we appreciate your attending to all our requests before we got to Brighton. I am very hopeful to return in the near future, and would love to rent again in the Sussex Square area!
