Sussex Apartment has the popular and prestigious Sussex Square address in the Kemp Town area of Brighton. With this apartment you have access to the stunning residents’ gardens with sea views which is an absolute treat. A perfect pied a terre for an executive in Brighton for work or equally a great choice for a family on holiday. The apartment has two bedrooms, a view of the sea and is on the top floor.


There are two bedrooms. There is one king size bed and a twin room. the twin room has hotel standard zip and link beds and can be configured as a king size bed if required. If you would prefer a king sized bed please inform us at the time of booking.

Sussex Square is one of the most highly regarded addresses in Brighton and is in Kemp Town with its array of shops, delis, gastro pubs and village feel. Close to the beach and with access to the most beautiful residents’ gardens this apartment would be ideal for an executive here for work and offers excellent value. Equally ideal for a family looking for a holiday home in Brighton. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has views to the sea from the front windows. It is on the top floor so please note it may not suit those with mobility problems as there are several sets of stairs.


The apartment is at the top of Sussex square with views down to the sea in the distance. There is an intercom entry system. There are about four flights of stairs up to the top floor. Inside the apartment the landing is spacious and all rooms are accessed from here.

Living area

The living area has a lounge area with two sofas, an LCD tv with DVD and Blu-Ray player. There is a dining table for four with distant views of the sea from the windows. There is WiFi.


The galley style kitchen has everything you need to self cater. There is a washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.


The family bathroom is a contemporary style and has a fully tiled walk in shower. Please note there is no bath. The bathroom is next to the Master bedroom which is at the back of the apartment. There is a separate additional loo which is next to the second bedroom at the front of the apartment.


There are two bedrooms. One is a twin room but can be configured as a king size bed and the other has a fixed king size bed.
