​Sudeley Apartment is an ideal choice for an executive here for work who needs a home from home for a longer period. In a great location, close to the Royal Sussex Hospital, the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, Brighton College, American Express and the language schools of Sussex Square, it would also be ideal if you needed somewhere close to these places.

The apartment is in a well regarded road in Kemp Town with shops, gastro pubs and everything you need all within very close walking distance.Just a short walk, a couple of streets away, is the beach. If you do need to get into central Brighton it is a pleasant walk along the sea front road or there are buses 24/7 along Eastern Road.

The apartment has been beautifully decorated in contemporary colours with painted wood panelling, giving it a fresh, seaside feel. Natural wood doors, wooden floors and the private patio all give the apartment a very relaxing feel and the owner has created more than just a rental apartment; it really feels like a home.

On the lower ground floor, there are steps leading down to your own private front door.

Bedroom

The first room at the front of the apartment is a spacious double bedroom with a non-working feature fireplace.

Living room/ kitchen

The open plan living area is very spacious and has a peaceful homely feel. There is an L-shaped sofa to curl up and relax on whilst watching the LCD tv. Double doors lead out to a private patio. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine.

At the back of the apartment is a beautifully styled shower room with contemporary metro tiled walls and a walk in rainfall shower.
