St James’ Apartment is in a central location right at the end of St James’ Street and close to the Royal Pavilion. The apartment itself has a loft style feel with open brickwork and contemporary decor. Once inside the apartment has a real wow factor with designer lamps and contemporary decor. It offers really good value for someone who needs a home from home while they’re in Brighton for work and would equally suit someone here on holiday.

There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed. The other bedroom is a twin room.


St James’ Apartment is in a great location close to the Royal Pavilion. There are shops, cafes and restaurants all nearby, making it a very practical choice. If you are an executive and need an apartment for a week or more this is a stylish apartment in a central location.

The apartment has a loft style feel and has open brick walls and contemporary furnishings. It is on the first floor above a shop.

Entrance

The main entrance has secure intercom entry. The main hallway and up the stairs to the front door of the apartment are very poorly decorated and are awaiting refurbishment. Once inside the apartment though it has a real wow factor!

Living/Dining/Kitchen

The main living space is open plan and is stylishly decorated. There’s a breakfast bar for four and the kitchen is contemporary with everything you need to self cater. There’s an under counter fridge and separate freezer, a washer/drier and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are even built in phone charger points in the sockets.

The living area has an L-shaped leather sofa with a TV and DVD player and there’s WiFi. Designer lamps and open brickwork make this a really attractive room to relax in.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is contemporary and has a bath with a shower over it.

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom is a spacious room with a king size bed and large windows overlooking the fountain of Old Steine. There is an e suite shower room and a wall mounted LCD tv.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has twin beds. There is an LCD tv, wardrobes and a dressing table.

  • All bed linen and towels are included for all beds including cube beds.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • There is no smoking in this apartment.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • There is no parking. We recommend you come to Brighton using public transport. The coach station is very near.
