Spacious apartment close to the Laines

​St George’s Apartment 2 is a very spacious one bedroom apartment a few steps from Trafalgar Street and the famous North Laines district. The North Laines offers a huge array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, independent shopping and the Theatre Royal and Brighton Dome are very close, as well as the Royal Pavilion. It is an ideal location for a holiday let or if you are in Brighton for work.

​There is a king size hotel standard zip and link bed that can be made into twin beds if required. There is a sofa bed in the living room.


​St Georges Apartment 2 is a spacious one bedroom apartment very close to the acclaimed North Laines area of Brighton. A wonderful selection of cafes, restaurants and shops are just a few steps away and the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and the Royal Pavilion are very close by too. The apartment is a short walk from the main Brighton train station.

The apartment is on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance and also has a decked patio area at the back. St George’s Apartment 2 has wood effect ash flooring throughout, is neutrally decorated to a high standard and has a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for an executive here for work or equally as a holiday apartment.

Entrance

Down some steps and you have your own front door. A hallway leads you in with the bedroom being the first room accessed on the right. White walls and wood effect ash flooring are throughout the apartment which adds to the spacious feel.

Bedroom

The bedroom is very large and has sash windows to the front with designer privacy blinds. There is a king size zip and link bed so the room can also be configured as a twin if required.

Living room

The hall leads straight through to the spacious living room which is at the back of the property. There is a designer L-shaped grey sofa which is also a sofa bed, a dining table for four and a wall mounted LCD tv. There is WiFi.

Kitchen

The kitchen is at the back and is a large galley style kitchen with a breakfast bar for four and a door leads out to a decked patio area. This is ideal if you are a smoker as all our properties are non smoking. The kitchen itself has white gloss contemporary units, a washing machine, microwave and is equipped with everything you need to self cater. With the vast superb selection of eateries just nearby in the Laines you may never need to cook however!

Bathroom

Just beyond the kitchen is a contemporary tiled shower room.

  • All white bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • We always recommend people come to Brighton using public transport as you do not need a car whilst here and paid parking is at a premium.You do not need a car whilst here but if you come to Brighton and require parking, parking is by meter or in car parks. For a longer period we can advise where you can park.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside but you may smoke on the patio.
