​A neat and spacious apartment just a few steps away from the entrance to the North Laines. The North Laines has a huge array of fabulous independent cafes, restaurants and hundreds of independent quirky shops, plus of course the theatre district. An ideal apartment for someone here for work or for a holiday. The raised ground floor apartment has one bedroom. Everything you need in a home from home and a superb central Brighton location close to the best things Brighton has to offer.

Description

​One hotel standard king size zip and link bed that can also be separated to create twin beds. It will usually be set as a king so please specify if you prefer a twin room. The living room also has a sofa bed for an extra two people if required.


St George;s Place Apartment 1 is a neat, bright and spacious one bedroom apartment and offers exceptional value. There are large sash windows in the living room, white walls, plush grey carpet throughout and a contemporary neat kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is an ideal home from home in a great location.

Just a few steps away from Trafalgar Street in the North Laines, so Brighton Pavilion, the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and Brighton train station are all really close. Ideal for a holiday apartment as well as an executive stay.

The apartment has WiFi and a large LCD television; a perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Entrance

Up a few steps and a secure entry front door leads to a communal hall and the apartment entrance is just there. The apartment is on the raised ground floor. (It is above St Georges Apartment 2 which has its own entrance.).

Living room

The living room is a very large room with a big contemporary L-shaped grey sofa which also folds down to create a sofa bed. There is a dining table for four in the alcove of the large sash windows which have designer day/night privacy blinds but also let lots of light into the room. There is a large LCD tv on the wall and WiFi.

Bedroom

The bedroom faces the back of the property and has a zip and link hotel standard king size bed so it can also be a twin room if required. There is lovely grey carpet underfoot and built in wardrobes.

Kitchen

The kitchen is again at the back of the property and is a new contemporary white gloss galley style kitchen but is spacious. There is a breakfast bar with four stools. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and microwave and everything you need to self cater. With the huge array of wonderful eateries just around the corner in the North Laines you may never need to cook however!

Bathroom

A contemporary shower room is at the back of the kitchen.
