Stylish apartment with designer retro furniture

A beautifully furnished and stylish raised ground floor self catering apartment with many original designer retro furniture pieces. Walnut wood floors, velvet carpet in the bedroom and two beautifully finished bathrooms make a beautiful home from home. This holiday apartment is in a great location in the highly regarded Seven Dials area and forms part of a large Victorian property. There are delis, restaurants and quirky little shops just nearby.

Description

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is a twin room but it can also be arranged as a king size bed.


The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very stylish open plan kitchen/ lounge/diner. There are walnut wood floors in the main room with plush velvet feel carpets in the bedrooms. White paint, splashes of designer wallpaper, beautifully designed bathrooms and original designer furniture from the 1960s make this a very stylish property to enjoy. The train station is a short walk away too so if you need to commute or fancy a day trip to London it’s very accessible. This would be an ideal apartment for an executive who needs a place for a few weeks or equally a couple or family looking for a week away to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer.

Entrance

There are a few steps up to the main front door of this Victorian villa. The apartment front door is on the ground floor in the large hallway entrance.

The Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Room

A large bright room with huge sash windows to the front, high ceilings and a beautiful Victorian fireplace with a large antique mirror over it. The walls are neutral but with a splash of colour on one wall with designer wallpaper, creating a homely and stylish feel. A great sociable place to cook, eat and relax in front of the television. A stylish white gloss kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer…everything you need is here to make it a perfect home from home.

The polished walnut floor offsets the colours beautifully. There are quality retro furnishings and carefully chosen accessories and art. It’s not all retro however! There is an LCD tv with additional channels, a dvd player, an I-pod dock and Wi-Fi broadband.

Bathroom

The bathroom is in the hallway and is beautifully finished with mosaic tiles and a contemporary designer suite.

The Master Bedroom

Both bedrooms are at the back of the property and have aspects over trees and gardens. The master bedroom has large sash windows, a king size bed, wardrobes and drawer space. The metallic purple paper and designer lighting compliments the white walls and white cotton bed linen and towels which are provided for you. There is an ensuite wet room fully tiled in mosaic tiles with a rainfall shower.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is a twin room with zip and link beds so it can be arranged as a king sized bed if required (please make it clear at the time of booking so our housekeeping team can set them up.) The room has large sash windows, a wall of designer wallpaper, a wardrobe and open shelves.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and utility costs are included.
  • As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property and please note there is no outside area with the apartment so it would not suit smokers.
  • Pets are not permitted at the apartment.
  • Parking is metered.
  • There is broadband.
