A very light, modern and spacious two bedroom holiday apartment in Brighton Marina. This is a modern, spacious two bedroom apartment decorated and furnished with care and consideration. It is an ideal choice if you are relocating or if you are in Brighton for work and offers very good value. The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot also. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and all the yachts give a Mediterranean feel.

There is a superking bed in the master bedroom but it can also be arranged as a twin room. The second bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment is a perfect home from home and is decorated neutrally throughout. There is a balcony with oblique views to the sea. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket. The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie… to name a mere few.
The apartment is approached up one flight of stairs. The hallway has halogen lighting and plenty of cupboard space for storage. All the rooms in the apartment lead off the hallway.
The lounge/diner has a modern dining table with brown leather chairs which seats six. There is a brown three seater leather sofa bed and armchair and a LCD TV, DVD and Freeview channels. With lamps, books, cushions and quality pictures we have tried to create a room with an ambient feel. There are doors which lead out onto the east facing balcony which has a table and two chairs and there are oblique views to the sea. The sofa bed can comfortable accommodate another person in the lounge.
The kitchen is blue and white and has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater.
The Master bedroom is an east facing large triple size room. It has a luxurious 6ft wide superking size bed but there is still room for a z bed and travel cot if you want children to sleep in with you. The room could be arranged as two singles or two singles and a third person on a z bed. There are fitted beech wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There are wooden shutters on the window.
The other bedroom is a double room which can be made as two single beds or one double bed. This also has fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is a white contemporary suite with a shower over the bath.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
There is an allocated parking space with the property.
