The apartment is in a great location very close to central Brighton and in a highly regarded exclusive development. Situated just next to St Ann’s Wells park with its beautiful gardens, tennis courts and café; the ideal place for an early morning jog. The apartment is modern and fresh, with a neutral colour scheme and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has allocated underground parking for one car.


There are two bedrooms. Each has a double bed. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

This contemporary, modern apartment is in an exclusive development close to St Ann’s Wells Park and a very short walk from central Brighton. The apartment has an allocated secure parking space for one car. With neutral décor and stylish, good quality furnishings, this apartment offers an excellent choice for an executive who requires a serviced apartment in Brighton or for a small family who need a holiday let.


Gates lead through ornamental gardens to the front entrance which has intercom secure entry. The apartment is on the second floor and there is lift access.

Living area

The hallway into the apartment is spacious and has several cupboards for coats and luggage. This leads into a very spacious living area which has a lounge and dining area and leads round into the open plan kitchen. Full width, full length doors across one side let light flood in and lead onto a narrow balcony at the front. The living room has a large LCD tv with Freeview and DVD player. there is Wi-Fi. There is a very comfortable high quality sofa and armchair and a dining table for four. Neutral walls and carpet are offset by co-ordinated blinds and soft furnishings.


The kitchen is open to the dining area of the living room. It has contemporary high gloss units and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have double beds and are decorated in neutral colours. The Master bedroom has an en suite shower room with walk in shower.


There are two bathrooms. One en suite shower room and one much larger family bathroom off the hallway next to the second bedroom. the family bathroom has a white contemporary suite and a bath with a shower over it.


There is underground secure parking with one allocated space for the apartment.
