Superb executive apartment

A contemporary, very stylish high quality self catering apartment in an excellent Brighton location. This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is beautifully furnished and decorated in a neutral colour scheme. It has allocated parking and is in a secure highly regarded development, just a short walk from the town centre and adjacent to a the beautiful St Ann’s Wells gardens and park. Ideal for an executive but would also suit a family here for a holiday.


There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and one has a double. Excellent quality feather down duvets and pillows. Travel cots are available but please note we do not supply bedding for these.

The apartment is part of a contemporary, new development and has a landscaped entrance and secure parking for one car. Spacious and neutrally decorated with stylish furnishings, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need in a home from home. It is just a few minutes walk into town and is located next to St Anne’s Wells gardens which is a lovely park with gardens and wooded areas to walk through, tennis courts and a great cafe which offers light meals. There is also an excellent childrens’ playground located on the far side. If you have children, or like to sit out and enjoy a coffee and croissant al fresco, this really is a perfect setting! The beach is not far either and just a couple of streets away, within a five minute walk, there are food shops, delis, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment would suit someone who needs to relocate for a few weeks and would equally suit someone who wants to come to Brighton for a holiday.


There is intercom entry for the main door and then lift access to the second floor. The main door to the building is accessed via a few steps or there is a ramp.


The hallway is spacious and has a neutral carpet which follows through to the bedrooms. There are two good size built in storage cupboards in the hallway.

Kitchen/LivingRoom/Dining Room

This is a large space with full width East facing patio doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the landscaped area to the front of the development. White walls and a light ash wooden floor complement the stylish furnishings and contemporary art. The lounge has a 42 inch LCD tv with Freeview, dvd player and WiFi. The furniture is stylish and includes a Barcelona chair, comfortable sofa and an additional occasional chair. There is a dining table and the kitchen leads from here and is in a new, high gloss white style and has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater.

Family Bathroom

Just off the hallway, the family bathroom is very spacious and has a bath with a shower attachment. The tiles and bathroom suite are contemporary and a high standard.

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and has luxury feather down duvets and pillows. If you need non-feather ones due to allergies please inform us. The room has mirrored bedside tables and drawers, beautiful lamps and and has neat white wooden shutters and silk curtains. The en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower. A travel cot can fit in the master bedroom which we can supply on request.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is slightly smaller and has a double bed and attractive dark wood drawers. Again, there are white wooden shutters on the window and high quality accessories. A travel cot would fit in this room.

  • Travel cots and high chairs can be provided but please note bedding is not supplied for cots.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself but you may smoke on the balcony.
