There are three double rooms. A twin room. A twin room with a bunk bed also.
An elegant Regency house set over four floors offering space and style throughout. The property is decorated with Farrow and Ball paints and has an amazing contemporary kitchen and beautifully finished bathrooms. At the top of the road there is a Sainsbury’s Express and Waitrose plus a superb independent food store and deli so if you want to self cater it is very easy. With all the restaurants and cafes around you though, the kitchen may never need to be used!
On the ground floor the spacious and welcoming hallway leads into a large lounge which has a feature fireplace and is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable and elegant furnishings, lamps and pictures. There is an LCD tv and WiFi.
On the lower ground floor is a very large contemporary kitchen with a sociable lounge/ dining area making it perfect for cooking and relaxing with family and friends. With a large dining area with a table and benches that can easily accommodate large groups this is the perfect space to cook and relax with family and friends. There is an additional wall mounted LCD tv.
There is a small patio area at the back of the kitchen also. The kitchen is beautifully finished and offers high quality appliances with a dishwasher and microwave etc. There is also an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer dryer and lots of storage.
There are three bathrooms. Two are ensuite. All offer the high quality fittings and décor.
There are five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There are three double bedrooms. One twin bedroom and one large bedroom that has twin beds and also a set of adult size bunk beds. All are elegantly furnished and beautifully co-ordinated with cushions and throws.
There is a roof terrace with view to the sea and built in seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views out to the sea.

I just wanted to write to let you know how much we enjoyed our wekend in Brighton at Sillwood Road. The house was fantastic, we had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great!Emma, 06 February 2011
