Central Regency townhouse

A period holiday home which is both stylish and spacious. Located in the heart of Brighton in a well regarded road full of elegant Regency townhouses. This offers a perfect home from home for a family or group of friends. There are four spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes.There is a very large open plan kitchen/dining room on the lower ground floor which has a real wow factor, coupled with elegant period features and spacious rooms.


There are four bedrooms. Each has very high quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so they can be arranged as twin rooms or king size. Please specify at the time of booking if you require the beds as doubles. There are two additional fold out cubes which provide extra beds. These can be moved to a bedroom or used in the spacious lounge. There is an additional sofa bed for one in the snug room.

This is a charming four bedroom period house with lots of beautiful period features and some contemporary elements too. It offers lots of space and is in a central location with all the Brighton has to offer very close by and the beach is just a couple of minute’s walk away, too. It offers a perfect retreat for a family or group of friends after a busy day in Brighton.


There is a gate with a very small patio area and steps lead up to the front door.


White walls, original wooden flooring and high ceilings with original cornicing give this house a sense of grandeur. There is a gorgeous spiralling wooden staircase leading up to the bedrooms.

The Sitting Room

The sitting room is a double length room with beautiful full length curved sash windows. It is decorated in white and has wooden floors. A tv, dvd and books are there for you to enjoy a leisurely evening, plus Wi-fi. Double wooden doors separate the lounge into two sections. Practical if you have children as they can play at the other end of the room while you sit and relax!


Also on this floor at the back is the very spacious family bathroom which has a large walk in shower and a deep bath. The room has been beautifully decorated with deep blue mosiac tiling.

Lower Ground Floor

A contemporary staircase leads down to a huge open plan kitchen/ dining room. There is a large dining table for eight but additional fold up chairs mean you can accommodate you group around the table. The kitchen area has everything you need to self cater. There is a dishwasher, six burner gas cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. To the side of the kitchen is a little additional snug area with a sofa bed for one, where you can sit and chat while dinner is being prepared. Doors open from both the kitchen and the snug onto a small patio area.

First Floor

The winding stairs from the hall lead to the first bedroom which is a spacious twin room with built in wardrobes. Up a few more stairs and the second bedroom is a smaller twin. Also on this level is the large master bedroom at the front of the house.

Second Floor

Stairs continue round to the fourth bedroom which is also a twin room and there is an additional cloakroom on this floor also.

  • All bed linen and towels are included.
  • Utility costs are included.
  • There is Wi-fi.
  • There is no allocated parking with this property but the Regency Square car park is very close by. You will not need your car for the duration of your stay as everything is close by including a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Express. We would recommend that where possible you travel to Brighton by train. It is a short taxi ride from the train station.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted in the property itself.
  • Please note that due to the number and style of stairs this property would not suit those with mobility issues or toddlers.

We’ve had a fantastic weekend in a beautiful property and with such a good location. It was absolutely perfect!
