Extra large, elegant house in central Brighton

A very spacious holiday home and once used by the BBC to accommodate undercover princes! The property can comfortably accommodate large groups and it is in a pretty street with elegant houses. This is a huge house spanning four floors and the location is perfect. It’s in central Brighton and close by there are numerous restaurants and cafes offering cuisine to suit all tastes plus fashionable bars.

Description

Bedroom 1 has 4 single beds; both sets of two are zip and link. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a cube bed. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. Bedroom 5 has a single bed and an additional pull out bed underneath. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. There are two cube beds from The Futon Company. Every set of twin beds can be made into a king size bed if required as they are zip and link.


A very large Regency house set over four floors offering lots of space throughout. The property has a huge contemporary kitchen/ dining room, a large living room, five spacious bedrooms and three large bathrooms. With the beach and nightlife within close walking distance all around you, yet set back from the hubbub in a very pretty and well regarded street this is a perfect choice. Sillwood Road 2 is decorated, furnished and designed to a good standard and offers comfortable and incredibly spacious accommodation for large groups.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor the spacious and welcoming hallway leads into a large lounge which has a feature fireplace and is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable and elegant furnishings, lamps and pictures. There is a large wall mounted LCD tv and dvd, freeview channels, cd player and wireless broadband. The lounge is ideal for large groups as it has two seating areas so one group of friends can sit and chat near the tv and another group can sit and chat or play a board game at the other end of the lounge. Ideal as well for families who have children who want to play games as the adults can have their own space at the other end of the room! There is a cloakroom on this floor.

Kitchen/Lounge/Diner

On the lower ground floor is an extremely large contemporary kitchen with a very spacious dining area making it perfect for cooking and relaxing with family and friends. With dining tables, bench seating and chairs this is the perfect space to cook and relax with family and friends. (Please note the dining table has been changed since the photo so that everyone can easily be accommodated for dining and the sofa has been removed.) There is a very small patio area at the back of the kitchen also where a smoker would be able to stand outside. The kitchen offers high quality appliances with a dishwasher and microwave etc. There is also an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer /dryer and lots of storage.

Bathrooms

There are three very spacious bathrooms in total. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. All have a bath with either a separate shower or a shower over the bath. There is also an additional cloakroom on the ground floor.

The Bedrooms

There are five spacious bedrooms. With quality orthopaedic zip and link beds, the rooms can be arranged as either twin rooms or with king size beds.

Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom and has 4 zip and link beds so it can accommodate four people. There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds and a cube bed so it can accommodate three people.
Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds so can accommodate two.There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room.
Bedroom 5 has a single bed and an additional pull out trundle bed underneath it.

In the lounge there is a double sofa bed to accommodate two and there are two cubes from The Futon Company that fold out to create floor mattress beds to accommodate two. These cube beds you can easily move to wherever you prefer them.

Roof Terrace

There is a roof terrace with seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views.

  • White bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and gas costs are included.
  • We regret pets are not accepted at this property.
  • Parking is by meter or at the NCP car park in Regency Square is nearby.
  • There is WiFi.

We thought the house was wonderful and such an amazing location.
