Very central stylish apartment

This is a very stylish, contemporary holiday apartment with two bedrooms. It’s in an ideal location if you want to be in the heart of Brighton, yet tucked away in a very attractive and highly regarded gated development. With fresh white walls, dark wood flooring and a new contemporary kitchen and bathroom. This is perfect for a holiday or for an executive looking for a short term let. The beds can be all singles or doubles. A very practical choice with Waitrose nearby and the beach is close too!


There are two bedrooms both have quality zip and link beds so they can be arranged as singles or king size beds. Please specify at the time of booking what your requirements are. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge for very occasional use.

This is a fabulous two bedroom modern apartment in a gated development right in the heart of Brighton. Everything Brighton has to offer is close by and self catering couldn’t be easier with Waitrose and all the shops of Western Road just at the top of the road. The main shopping area of Churchill Square is just a few minutes walk away and the beach is at the end of the road too. The apartment has been newly refurbished and the owners have taken great care to create a really stylish home from home with beautifully co-ordinated accessories and everything you need. There are two bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom so it would be ideal for a family or an executive who needs a central apartment. It is on the third floor and has lift access.


The apartment block is in a gated community and there is intercom entry to the building. There is a lift in the main entrance taking you up to the third floor where the apartment is.

The Hallway

Dark wood floors and white walls give a contemporary feel as soon as you walk into the apartment. There is a spacious wide hallway inside the apartment and one step up to the main part of the apartment.

The Bedrooms

Off to the left of the hallway are the two bedrooms. One is very spacious and can easily fit a cot. Please ask if you need a travel cot. Both have beautifully co-ordinated accessories and blinds. The master bedroom has an LCD tv. Both rooms have orthopaedic zip and link beds so they can be twin rooms or king size beds. Please specify at the time of booking what your requirements are. Both rooms have wardobes for all your storage requirements.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is accessed from the main hall and is between the two bedrooms. It has a new contemporary suite with his and hers basins. There is a bath with a shower over it.

The Kitchen

The newly fitted, modern kitchen is on the right of the hallway and has white gloss units and a breakfast bar for two. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need to self cater.


The spacious lounge/diner has a grey, suede corner sofa that is also a sofa bed for occasional use. There is an additional tub armchair and a dining table for four. There is a large LCD tv and dvd player. There is wireless broadband. The room has been beautifully decorated and furnished with colour co-ordinated accessories making this a lovely room to sit and relax after a day shopping or at the beach!


There is a small balcony with a table for two. As with all our properties smoking is not permitted within the property itself so this is an ideal place for you to smoke if you are a smoker. The balcony overlooks the parking area and has views of trees and attractive Regency houses in the distance. There is also a very small sea view between the houses!

White bedlinen and towels are provided. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned regularly for you at additional cost.

There is no parking allocated with the property. Parking is metered in nearby streets or on the seafront. There is also an NCP carpark nearby in Regency Square. If you are staying for a longer period and require parking please ask and we will try to find a parking space for you somewhere although please note we cannot guarantee this and it would be at additional cost.

All utility bills are included in the price.

There is wireless broadband.

As with all our properties there is strictly no smoking in the property itself although you may smoke on the outside balcony.

If you require a travel cot and high chair please ask. We do not supply bedding for travel cots however.
