Spacious house close to the beach

​Seaside House is a spacious house which suits groups. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer. Tastefully furnished and offering very good value this property is perfect for groups of family and friends here for the weekend. There is a large living area, a separate kitchen/ diner which is also very spacious and three bedrooms which are also a very good size.

Description

​There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can also be configured as a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk and a standard adult bunk. Bedroom 3 has two sets of adult bunk beds and a pull out single trundle bed. There are two sofa beds in the living room.


​Seaside House is in an excellent location; close to the beach which is just at the end of the road and also within walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer. This is a perfect choice for a group of family and friends coming for a weekend. Tastefully decorated in white and grey tones with flashes of yellow in the accessories. There is a very spacious living room and a kitchen/ diner which has a double length dining table. There is WiFi.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is a large living room with an L-shaped sofa, armchair and additional sofa. Both sofas are sofa beds so two people can sleep in this room. There is a cloakroom with a loo and basin on this floor.

Lower Ground Floor

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a spacious kitchen/ diner. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and everything you need to self cater. There is a dining area with a dining table with benches and additional stools so that fourteen can be seated. There is a 43’ LED Smart Full HD TV and also includes Netflix, YouTube, Freeview with Catch Up and On Demand including BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub etc, so you can watch all your favourites whilst relaxing.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floor. Bedroom 1 has twin beds that can also be configured as a king size bed as they are hotel standard zip and link -sleeps 2. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk and another standard adult size bunk- sleeps 5. Bedroom 3 has two sets of standard adult bunks and a pull out single trundle bed -sleeps 5.

There is a family bathroom with a freestanding Victorian bath and one of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room.

(Please new photos are coming soon as new white wooden high quality adult bunks and beds were being fitted at the time of the photoshoot and the house has been given a new makeover!)

  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is metered parking on the seafront. The property is central and we would recommend you come to Brighton using public transport as parking costs are at a premium. The house is not far from the bus station and a short taxi ride from the train station. If you do require cheaper parking you can park more cheaply further east along the seafront and walk back; please ask for details.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted inside the property.
