Seaside Hideaway is a one bedroom lower ground floor apartment close to the city centre. The apartment offers excellent value and is ideal for an executive looking for a somewhere while here for work or for a couple on holiday. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all nearby and the beach is just a short walk away. Seaside Hideaway is exactly as the name suggests, a perfect space to call home whilst enjoying your time in Brighton and Hove.

Seaside Hideaway is a pretty, lower ground floor one bedroom apartment and offers excellent value. Part of a period property that has been converted into apartments, it is the ideal choice for an exceutive here for work who needs a place for a few weeks. It would also be a good choice for a couple or small family here for a holiday.

The apartment is in a central, well regarded location and there are cafes, restaurants and shops all nearby. The beach is just a short walk away at the end of the road.

We would recommend the apartment sleeps two, but the sofa bed is there available for occasional use for one more person if required.

Entrance

The apartment is on the lower ground floor and has steps down to a private entrance.

Living area

The living area is spacious and has an L-shaped sofa bed, LCD television, dining table and desk. One of the walls has a pretty woodland mural. A bookcase and accessories make it feel like home. There is WiFi.

The living area leads through to a contemporary kitchen area where there is everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine and microwave.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a non-working period fireplace and is a fairly spacious room with a double bed. There is plenty of storage space.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Patio

The apartment has a patio area at the back which may suit someone who smokes.

  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • As with all properties smoking is not permitted inside but you may smoke outside on the patio.
  • Parking is not available with this property but if you need a parking space please ask us for advice
