This two bedroom seafront self catering apartment has panoramic views of the sea, Brighton’s Palace Pier and the Brighton Wheel. It’s in a superb location close to everything our city has to offer. Ideal for an executive here for work or for a small family on holiday. The master bedroom even has a floor to ceiling glass wall so you can see the sea from your bed! With retro furniture and and such stunning views, this is an holiday apartment which rivals any of the top hotel suites.


There are two double bedrooms.

Located on the second floor but with lift access, the apartment has two double bedrooms and one bathroom. With stunning views of Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, the Brighton Wheel and the sea, you really are left in no doubt that you are in the UK’s favourite holiday destination here! The panoramic views are stunning and you can even see the sea from your bed! The apartment has two double bedrooms and one bathroom. It is in a modern seafront block, on the second floor and with lift access. Furnished with retro pieces of 1960s furniture. This apartment is ideal for a longer term executive let but would equally be a perfect choice for a couple or small family here for a holiday.


The communal entrance to the block is in 1960’s style and there is a lift with access to the second floor where the apartment is located.


The apartment itself has a spacious hallway and the family bathroom is just off the hallway.


Both bedrooms have double beds, fitted wardrobes and white modern furniture. The Master bedroom has a full width floor to ceiling glass wall, which enables you to have direct sea views from the bed! There are curtains in the bedroom which can be drawn for privacy from the living area. There is enough room for a travel cot if you have a baby, which we can provide. Please note that because the windows in the living room of the apartment tilt and turn to open, this apartment is not suitable for young children or toddlers and we would urge you to exercise caution yourselves, also.

Living/Dining Room

An amazing view with windows which run the width of the whole room. There are two retro swivel chairs and a retro sofa so you can relax in style as you enjoy the view. There’s a 32inch LCD tv with Freeview and a DVD player an i-pod dock. There is a round dining table for four guests in a bay window, so it’s an ideal place to enjoy the magical view of the Pier and the Brighton Wheel at night, or to enjoy a romantic sunset.


The kitchen is accessed via the living area and has everything you need to self cater and includes a microwave, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. Another window here gives more views to the Pier and the beach.

  • White bed linen and towels are provided.
  • If you are staying longer term and would like a weekly clean we can arrange this for you.
  • Please note heating is supplied by portable radiators, there is no central heating.
  • There is no allocated parking at the property. Parking is by meter on the seafront and surrounding roads. Parking costs are at a premium in Brighton, so we would recommend that, where possible, you travel to Brighton using public transport. The apartment is very close to the coach station and a short taxi ride from the train station. If you are staying for a longer period and require a car we may be able to provide a private parking place a few minutes walk away but this would have to be arranged with us prior to your arrival. Another alternative would be to talk to us about where you can park for free much further away and leave your car for the duration of your time in Brighton.
