Central and next to the beach

​Seabank Central is a beautifully furnished house next to the beach and in a central location. With five bedrooms, three gorgeous shower rooms and a large living room; it is ideal for larger groups whilst still feeling homely. Beautifully furnished and interior designed to a high standard. A large kitchen/ diner has a dining table for your group. A fantastic home from home for you and your family and friends to enjoy.

Description

There are five bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a triple bunk and a bunk - sleeps 5. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (can also be a king size). Bedroom 3 has three singles (can also be a king and a single).Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a cube bed. Bedroom 5 has 2 singles and a cube bed. There are two double sofa beds in the living room and an additional cube bed- sleeps 3 in here.


Seabank Central is near Brighton Pier and just a few steps away from the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and has contemporary, stylish bathrooms and a contemporary kitchen. The house offers a great deal of space whilst still retaining a very homely and welcoming feel with a dining table which sits 8/10 people. The location is ideal for groups of friends and family because everything Brighton has to offer is just a short walk away. There are shops just nearby in St James’ Street, making it a really practical choice in every way.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor through the entrance hall way there is a large living room. There are two sofas which are also sofa beds and a cube seat which is also a bed. There is a wall mounted tv. The room is beautifully decorated. Also on this floor is a shower room.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen which leads into a dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and also has dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a large table that seats 10 to 12 people and a wall mounted TV.

First Floor

On the first floor there are two gorgeous shower rooms and a bedroom which has a triple bunk and a bunk bed. This room sleeps five people.

Second Floor

On the second floor there are two bedrooms. A twin room and a room with 3 single beds. Please note all the beds are zip and link hotel standard so can be configured as doubles if you prefer. Please specify at the time of booking if you need double beds.

Third Floor

On the third floor there is a single room which also has a cube bed so two people can sleep here. The cube bed can easily be moved if you prefer for it to be in a different room. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and another cube. Again, the beds can be made as a double if you prefer as they are zip and link beds.

Please note there are quite a few stairs so if mobility is a problem the house may not suit. The bathrooms are on the first floor and ground floor.

  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is in nearby on the sea front by meter. It can be pricey to park as it is so central. There is cheaper parking further along the road near Sussex Square.The property is central and we would recommend you come to Brighton using public transport as parking costs are at a premium. The house is not far from the bus station and a short taxi ride from the train station.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted inside the property.
