Central sea view holiday apartment!

This stylish holiday apartment is ideal for weekend groups stays in Brighton. In a perfect central, seafront location close to everything you could want from bars to restaurants and the famous Lanes shopping. Brighton beach is just opposite the apartment, so very handy for a spot of sunbathing in the summer! There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms..very practical location and stylish too.


In total there are 4 triple bunks (so that’s a double underneath and a single on top).
Bedroom 1 has a handmade triple bunk, very slightly shorter in length than a standard size- sleeps 3. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk, a single bed and a fold out cube bed - sleeps 5. Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk and a cube bed - sleeps 4. Bedroom 4 has three single beds - sleeps 3. Bedroom 5 has a triple bed and a single bed with a pull out trundle bed under it - sleeps 5. (The trundle bed is an extra bed if someone prefers this to using a cube bed)

Sea Lanes 1 is in the same building as Sea Lanes 2 which sleeps 12. It is in an ideal location for those in Brighton here for the weekend. It is above a Creperie so it’s perfect for morning coffees and breakfast! The apartment has been fully refurbished and designed with groups in mind and offers a very stylish and practical place to stay. Turn left and you’re in the Lanes which is great for shopping and restaurants, across the road and you have the beach and the Pier, turn right and there are clubs and nightlife within easy walking distance. Five bedrooms, three gorgeous bathrooms, a great chill out lounge and a kitchen/diner make this a really super choice.


The apartment is accessed by stairs from Ship Street next to Hotel du Vin.

Kitchen/Dining room

The kitchen has been fitted with high quality high gloss white units, wooden worktops and funky red splash back tiles. Everything you need to self cater is there including a dishwasher and microwave. On the wall is a 42inch Smart television and there is a bespoke dining table with café style orange and white chairs and spare stools. A great place to sit and chat or have a meal. There is additional window seating with cushions and a fantastic view straight across to Brighton Pier and the beach.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 & 3

Bedrooms 1 & 2 & 3 are on this floor and are open plan to each other. The first has a handmade triple bunk in an alcove. Slightly shorter than an average bunk but still comfortably sleeping three - with a double underneath and a single on top. Through the a large open plan room in two sections. Bedroom 2 has a standard adult triple bunk, a single bed and a cube. Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk and a cube. There is a shower room on this floor. All the bedroom areas have mirrors with theatre style lighting so you can all get ready easily!

Bedrooms 4 & 5

Up some more stairs and there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has three single beds. There is a gorgeous bathroom on this floor with a free standing bath with a shower attachment. The fifth bedroom has a triple bunk and a single bed with a trundle bed underneath which pulls out. This can be used if preferable to one of the cube beds in bedroom 2 or 3. There is a shower room in this bedroom. All the bathrooms in the property are beautifully fitted with high quality fittings and are stylish and contemporary.

Chill out lounge

Up on the very top floor is a lounge area and another 42in Smart television.

Please note there are lots of stairs so it may not be a suitable property if there are any in your group with mobility issues.

  • All bed linen and towels are provided for all beds and additional beds.
  • All utility bills are included.
  • As with all our properties there is strictly no smoking within the property.
  • There is free Wi-Fi at the property.
  • There is no parking allocated to the property but everything is so close you really don’t need a car during your stay. We would recommend you travel to Brighton by train but if you need to bring a car there is parking at the Thistle Hotel NCP which is very close or in Regency Square NCP car park a short walk away.
  • Please note there are stairs to access the apartment so it would not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult.
