Unique, quirky apartment in central location

A stunning and unique modern holiday apartment in a fantastic central location! The apartment is in the heart of the South Lanes and close to the beach. Really spacious and with a huge sociable lounge/dining room with a dining table that converts to a pool table! It would be ideal for families or smaller groups of friends looking for the perfect Brighton getaway! There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Description

There is one double bed. Two twin rooms with space for an additional z-bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.


Once you have gone down a few steps into the apartment, the living space is all on one level making it perfect if you have toddlers or people who find stairs difficult. The lounge/dining room is a unique feature…it is huge! There are three designer sofas and a large dining table for eight that converts into a pool table….perfect for after dinner entertainment! Sky light windows and the spacious feel this apartment has make this a unique place to stay….not to mention the very practical location!

Entrance

From the South Lanes street there is a wrought iron gate with the name of the apartment on it. A path then leads round to the main door of the apartment block, so it is set back from the street. A communal hallway leads to the door of the apartment then there are a few steps down to the apartment itself.

The Kitchen/Patio

The kitchen is a spacious galley style kitchen and has an American style fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. There is a handy breakfast bar area with stools making it a sociable place for cooking. The kitchen has double doors that lead to a small patio area that has a bench and a small table and chairs so if you have smokers in the group this is very practical because, as with all our properties, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

The Lounge/Dining Room

This is a room which really has the wow factor! It is a vast space with three sofas and a very large dining table that converts to a pool table. There is a large plasma tv on the wall with surround sound, dvd player, CD player, Freeview channels and internet access. The room has been stylishly decorated with feature wallpapers, co-ordinating fabrics and art work and although very spacious it still has a very homely feel to it. It is an ideal space for families to relax or for groups of friends to chat and enjoy relaxing a relaxing dinner party.

Bathroom

The family bathroom is a spacious room and has a bath with a shower over it.

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, feature wallpaper and beautifully co-ordinated accessories. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is a very large room with built in wardrobes and twin beds. It is an ideal room if you have children in your group because we can add a z bed or travel cot so children can sleep in with you or you can have all the children in one room together.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with blue accessories and built in wardrobes.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and utility costs are included.
  • There is broadband at the property.
  • As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property and but there is a patio area where you can smoke.
  • Parking is metered or in a nearby NCP car park.
