The property is a lower ground floor apartment at the back of the exclusive Sussex Square properties and has it’s own private entrance and patio courtyard. Two bedrooms and two beautifully finished bathrooms make this is an ideal property for a discerning executive who is in Brighton for work and offers a spacious and unique home from home.

​There are two bedrooms each with double beds.


Rock Street apartment is a unique property and offers style and space. In a highly regarded location, close to the sea front and at the back of Sussex Square, the apartment has its own private access and courtyard patio. The property is spacious and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and has a slightly Moroccan feel with antique dark wood furniture in the Master bedroom and beautiful en suite bathrooms to both bedrooms.

Rock Street is an ideal apartment for a discerning executive here for work but would equally suit two couple on holiday. Due to the steps leading down to the property it is unsuitable for children.

Entrance and courtyard patio

There is secure intercom entry to a door at the top of steps which lead you down to the patio area. Outdoor seating makes this an ideal place to sit and relax at the end of the day or for a morning coffee.

Living area

The spacious living room/kitchen is beautifully furnished with a large and comfortable leather sofa. A large flat screen television and DVD player make evenings in enjoyable The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is beautifully built with high gloss black units and wooden work tops. There is everything you need to self cater and there is a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you would expect in a home from home.

Master bedroom

To the left fo the living area is a hallway which leads to the Master bedroom and bathroom. The Master bedroom has beautiful dark wood antique furnishings and is decorated to a high standard. The bathroom next to this has a very high end tub bath and walk in shower. the bathroom is fully tiled and has quality fittings.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is another spacious bedroom with a double bed. there is an en suite bathroom with a shower. Again, this bathroom has been fitted to a high standard and is fully tiled.

Some additional information

There is a third bedroom and bathroom which has separate access from the apartment. Access is via a door across from the patio and the small third bedroom and bathroom is completely self contained. For the right client it may be possible for this third bedroom to be used. Here there is is a four poster double bed, dressing table area and bathroom. The floors are completely tiled in pebble tiling and this is a beautiful area.

  • Parking is by meter in nearby roads. If you are here for a longer period and require parking please ask and we may be able to help.
