There are four bedrooms. Two have fixed double beds. One bedroom has twin zip and link beds so it can be a double or a twin room. There is an additional single bedroom. The master bedroom is big enough for a z bed so a third person can sleep there or a travel cot can provided to go in the master bedroom, if you notify us at the time of booking.
This is a beautiful home just a few steps from the beach in the fashionable Kemp Town area of Brighton, yet not far from the town centre. Just around the corner there is a fab tea room where you can have an amazing cream tea, plus lots of interesting retro and vintage stores, a few gastro pubs and independent food stores. It is an ideal location because you are really close to the beach and close to town, yet without the noise of the town centre. It is a great area with everything you need close by and a great sense of community.
There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious lounge/dining room with a dining table that seats six and everything you need in a home from home.

Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner is a long room, beautifully furnished with Habitat furniture and a dining table for six. It is light room with a glass roof area at the back as part of the kitchen; this lets light flood in. There is a stylish, real flame effect electric fire in the lounge..great for cosy winter breaks. An LCD tv with freeview channels, a dvd player and broadband give you more entertainment options if you want an evening in.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. Microwave, dishwasher etc.. There is a washing machine in a cupboard in the downstairs fourth bedroom. There is no dryer but there is a fully enclosed walled patio which is a perfect sun trap where washing can be dried. There is a small conservatory area which leads to the patio. This property accepts one small dog so it is ideal if you want to go out for the day as your dog can have access to the outside area while you are out and still be perfectly secure.
Lower Ground floor
On the lower ground floor is bedroom four which has a fixed double bed. Please note the ceiling height in this room is slightly below average and would therefore probably not be as comfortable for someone who is in excess of six feet tall. The other bedrooms are on the first and second floor and have high ceilings so tall people should sleep upstairs! There is an additional storage area here which is perfect for storing all your luggage while you are here.
First Floor
On the first floor there are two very pretty bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one single room at the back of the property and one twin room which can also be arranged as a double, please specify what you prefer at the time of booking. There is a family bathroom on this floor which has a bath with a shower attachment.
Second Floor
On the second floor there is the very pretty master bedroom suite which has a double bed and space for a travel cot or a zbed for a third adult. This has a very stylish ensuite shower room. There is a further small East facing roof terrace which is perfrect for enjoying an early morning cup of tea.
- White bedlinen and towels are provided. If you require a travel cot or high chair please notify us at the time of booking. Sorry but we do not provide bedlinen for travel cots.
- There is broadband at the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property but there are two outside areas making it ideal for smoking outside.
- A small dog may be permitted but you need to specify at the time of booking. Sorry no cats.
- Parking is by meter on the seafront just at the end of the road.
- Please note that one of the sets of stairs are open with the bannister removed and so the property would not suit a toddler. We would ask you to exercise caution if you are unsteady on your feet.
