A beautiful holiday home in a perfect central Brighton location. A listed Regency building, this house has an elegant charm and vintage style. Ten people can be accommodated in the four bedrooms in space and comfort. No sofa beds here…just a gorgeous home from home. Close to the beach and in the centre of town but in a highly regarded Conservation area. Ideal for a family break or for a weekend away. A fabulous Brighton holiday home!

There are four bedrooms. On the first floor, bedroom 1 has three single beds but it can also be configured as a king with a single. Bedroom 2 is a twin but can also be configured as a king. On the second floor, bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a single. Bedroom 4 is a twin but can be configured as a twin.
This property is beautifully decorated and furnished. Light, spacious and with a French feel with vintage pieces and period features. White walls and designer wallpapers, real wood floors and an amazing Italian marble tiled reception room with underfloor heating. This is a very stylish and comfortable home, ideal for a family break or a weekend away for a small group of friends. The owner is a fashion designer and her sense of style is evident throughout. Shopping and the town is just at the end of the road and the seafront just a very short walk away.
There are four bedrooms, an impressive lounge/dining room, a pretty kitchen with additional breakfast area, one gorgeous bathroom plus an additional loo. There are beds for ten people to sleep without the need for sofa beds, bunk beds or cube beds.
The house is a listed building and has a very attractive frontage in a pretty, well regarded road. Close to Waitrose.. so perfect for food shopping and within walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer.
Sitting Room/ Dining Room
Through a small entrance hall you then enter the main, very light, reception room. A very large room with Italian marble flooring which has underfloor heating. There is a shabby chic, stylish dining table for eight (but ten can fit if two people sit at each end). A non working period fireplace is a pretty feature of the room. There is a large designer leather corner sofa, tv, dvd and Wi-fi for those relaxing evenings in. Patio doors lead out to a small patio garden.*
The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you would expect in a home from home. The kitchen leads to a small breakfast area with a pretty table for two and has a bespoke arched window and additional doors to the garden.
On the first floor is the impressive family bathroom with pretty wallpaper, corner bath and a large walk in shower. Next to this is an extra loo.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Overlooking the patio, there is a twin room, which can also be configured as a king. At the front there is a very large bedroom with three single beds. This can also be configured as a king with an additional single bed, making it an ideal family room. There is plenty of room for a travel cot which we can provide if required.
On the second floor the bedrooms are the same size as the first floor. At the back there is a twin room which can also be a king. At the front the very large bedrooom has a fixed king size bed and an additional single bed. Again, there is room for a travel cot. A vintage dressing table and attractive wallpaper make this a very pretty and sunny room.
*Please note that for group bookings the small patio should only be used for those who wish to have a cigarette and not as an area to socialise into the early hours.

- There is no parking allocated with this property. Parking is by meter at the top of the road, but as it is located in central Brighton it can be expensive. Cheaper metered parking is a few streets away near St Ann’s Wells Gardens or the Regency Square car park is a short walk. As this property is centrally located and close to everything, it may be easier to travel to Brighton by train. It is a short taxi ride from the mainline Brighton station.
