The apartment offers exceptional value and is an ideal choice for an executive here for work but would equally suit a couple on holiday. The small decked roof terrace is a terrific bonus and there are partial views East and West of the sea and it is a great place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing.

Entrance

Secure intercom entry into the building and then lift or stairs to the third floor. A short walk along a neat corridor leads to the apartment entrance.

Living area

In the hallway there are stairs up to the bedroom. There is a beautiful bathroom, fully tiled with a bath with a shower over it.

A door leads into the living area which has an open plan kitchen. As one would expect in a development such as this, the quality and style is to a high standard. The kitchen has contemporary white gloss units and has everything you need to self cater. There is a washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave.

The living area has a dining table for four and a comfortable lounge area with an LCD tv and DVD player. There is WiFi.

The living room has a double height ceiling to the bedroom area which makes it feel very bright and open.

Bedroom

The bedroom is spacious and has a range of wardrobes, a desk area and a king size bed. There is a wall mounted television for watching tv in bed.

A door leads out a a small decked area which has outdoor furniture. A great place to watch the sunset or catch some sun in the day. There are views of the sea to each side.
